Aranda Air

Aranda air was assigned by my home warranty company. I tried to schedule everything early before the summer even hit, but it took quite a while to get everything settled. It really is just how working through home warranty companies are like these days. Aside from the difficulty of scheduling a time (they're super busy given how hot it has been and we had to wait for replacement parts to be ordered by the home warranty company), they're amazing. Aranda Air replaced my very old HVAC units. Louis was very responsive when Aranda was assigned by my home warranty company. He thoroughly explained what the issues were with the units, the process of replacing them and provided a reasonable quote. Aranda worked with my home warranty company to obtain the approval to replace the units and with the city to obtain the necessary permits. Louis and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technicians were on time and very respectful of my home. The new units are more efficient and much quieter than the old ones. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system or needing their exiting system repaired.

We were looking to replace a gas furnace and A/C system with a hybrid heat pump with backup gas furnace to utilize excess solar capacity and lower our overall heating bills. Our problem was that the current system was undersized for the house after an addition was added on. We were limited in closet space where the old furnace was located and not able to increase the system size without moving the furnace into the attic. We wanted to keep the furnace in the original closet for convenience and avoid the added cost to relocate the system into the attic. Out of five contractors, Louis (Owner) was the only one to come up with a solution to increase the system size to match the house and keep the furnace in the closet by utilizing a higher efficiency furnace for a modest additional cost. He listened to our problem, asked questions, analyzed the situation and customized a system that met all of our requirements at a fair price. The other contractors approached the problem with “Cookie C
