Our hot water stopped working and I contacted Wilver, who I have used many times in the past. He assessed the problem promptly and recognized that the water heater had failed. He gave us a very good price and was able to make time for us to get a new water heater up and running again very quickly. He did a great job and we were very grateful for his attentive service. My old water heater developed some issues, I ran through a few hoops for the warrantee services -- not bad service, but they don't have proper parts for a proper fix/repair. After a week, I have to make a decision to replace it. I contacted Wilver (the boss person of Bay Area Plumbing) on Thursday morning, and he came quickly and assessed the situation, before Friday noon, the water heater is replaced.
