Bao was a wonderful guy, he installed a Tesla wall charger into my house, the wiring had to go through under the floor board, and the electric breaker installation had to go through many different drillings before it can be installed correctly. Bao and held me to fix a wiring issue and the fix a ceiling light. The wiring was so damn confusing when, Both Boa and Brain, has a method and process to approach the diagnosing and identified the correct wringing and less than 5 mins.
