I was thoroughly impressed with the services provided by Nick G., the owner of Electrica. I discovered him through the list of certified EVSE (Electric Vehicle Service Equipment) installers on the Tesla website, as I needed assistance with the installation of a sub-panel and 2 Tesla Wall Connectors. Out of the five vendors I received proposals from, Nick was the only one who personally answered my phone call and made the effort to visit my house for a visual inspection of my electrical system before providing a quote. The other four competitors either relied on automated switchboards/voicemails or web submission forms. In fact, two of the vendors required me to take numerous pictures, write detailed descriptions, and create wiring sketches just to receive a quote. It felt like I was doing their job, and I couldn't help but think they should have compensated me for the 30-60 minutes I spent documenting the installation requirements. I bought a Tesla a few months back and was relying on a regular wall charger but it wasn’t very efficient so I decided to invest into a Tesla wall charger. I found Electrica/Nick on Yelp, and communicating with him was very straight forward and easy. I sent him some photos of my current wall panel and send over my telephone and address, he arrived the next day took a look at the set up and suggested that I change some breakers and did a stress test before instillation but after that was complete he got the work done in about 6 hours, it was a breeze dealing with Nick. He is very insightful and skilled electrician. I would definitely recommend using his services for Tesla wall chargers and any electrical work.

I had a NEMA 14-50 outlet not working well so I called to get a quote to consider putting in a wall charger. Nick was available the next day (on a Saturday) to stop by. He immediately told me not to waste my money on a wall charge and just to repair the NEMA 14-50. He could have upsold me on more work for himself but didn't. He didn't have the part and asked if he could go get it and come back and do it which he did. So it was done less than 24 hours after calling for a quote. Also, he showed up early which is nice as most of the time service providers show up late.
