Martin and his team installed a tankless water heater and water softener on the outside of the house and removed the old water heater plus piping up into the ceiling. They were punctual when they arrived for the project, kept me informed about the progress, and gave great advice on how to maintain the water heater. Evo is super responsive and fast. I like that they were happy to take my million questions by email while I thought up my options. Eventually found a water system that fit our needs. I'll admit that I wish the install job was done a little bit more "artistic and neat" but that's because my dad has always been the handyman and made things really really perfect in every way. I'm not sure anyone can match his standard. Overall, best value for the money considering the other 3 quotes I got for similar projects.
