Highly recommend very helpful and professional!

My preference would be to not give this company any stars but as the Google rating system works- defalt demands it. My experience with Falcon was with their San Jose CA branch, the others may work quite stellar but as for SJ branch it did nothing but waste my time. So I called for an estimate, met someone at my property ( I think that I still have his card somewhere), he parked in my tenants driveway space without asking, (thought that was slightly out of the norm). We met, he shortly walked around the property to give me a fascia replacement price, he then asked me for my email address to send an estimate, I gave it to him; he then sat in the driveway way for about 45 minutes, I thought he might be writing up an estimate, not the case because he then left. I waited for the estimate for about 4 to 5 days and nothing so I called. The operator said that they would relay the message and get the qoute out very soon... still nothing for a week.
