Super friendly from young lady answering phone to Sergio and even the tech who arrived. Very nice people. That's a 5 star. I couldn't rate work performed because the tech stood 5 ft back and didn't look what was wrong but said I should call someone else because they are to expensive. Obviously water heaters aren't their thing. So I still don't know what's wrong with it cause he didn't even diagnose the problem. Or even try. This is very confusing to me. 2 minutes in my house. Glanced at it. Said over 3k and plumbing companies don't really do water heaters. I was told to call Lowes. It truly looked like he didn't want to have anything to do with my water heater on this day. Need to find someone that will try to diagnose the problem. Service: Water heater installation
