He was very thorough at asking questions prior to arrival. This shows you he cares about making sure he takes good care of his clients. His questions are to help him lead to an understanding of the scope of issues. When he arrived he double checked the issue(s). Very quickly he confirmed his analysis and plan for work. Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn’t charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!
