I recently had the pleasure of working with Francisco and his team of plumbers, and I am very happy with the service I received. They arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and did an excellent job replacing three flowtite valves with quarter turn valves in just one hour. Service provided was unclogging kitchen sink drain. Knockout was very responsive, calling and assigning a technician promptly, following through and quickly re-assigning a replacement tech when the first one had emergency, keeping the original schedule time frame. The plumber sent was efficient, thorough and able to fix the issue satisfactorily.

Francisco and Fernando replaced our shower valve to allow us to once again get hot water in our shower. The job turned out to be more extensive than originally thought. The team was on-time, responsive, professional, and very friendly in explaining what they had to do to fix the issue. They did the service on the same day as providing the estimate, so very quick turn-around and while expensive, competitively priced.
