Definitely the best and most professional service we've ever received! Francisco Cabrera from Knockout Plumbing & Repipe came over for a plumbing need. During the time of the service, Francisco was very honest, professional and efficient. He brought shoe covers to wear when coming into the house. We hired Knockout for a severely clogged toilet. I was impressed with their prompt follow up. The crew was super friendly and professional. They were patient in explaining what was wrong. Our Tech even crawled under the house to see how the pipes were laid out to determine the cause of our clog. After several attempts and 2 visits they cleared the clog with some powerful machinery. I would definitely recommend them. They are on the costly side of plumbing repair, but I think they are definitely worth it for their professionalism and diligence and making the customer happy. Excellent: Knockout Plumbing & Re-pipe did a great job on my home’s recent plumbing projects. The estimates I chose came directly from Edgar, the owner. I was impressed with the numerous positive reviews his firm had acquired during the past year. Edgar mentioned that his crews work well together and that their teamwork and coordination allow them to replace older galvanized pipes with copper piping in one day. On my subsequent observation he was very much correct. The crew was good at prep-work and subsequent cleanup. Their work is quick, deliberate; and, with a high level of competency. Since the working crew had proven themselves and the wall cutouts were still open, awaiting city inspection, I also had the older cast iron drainage pipes, replaced, freeing myself of past troubles with backups and connection problems from the wash basin to kitchen sink to toilet flange (small house 3/1).
