it was all very good except for a couple of things that could have been very costly and/or annoying had we not caught them 1) on removing faucet and shutting off water to it there turned out to be a leak. We did not see this til the next day so there was significant water accumulation. Luckily the permanently damaged carpet was going to be replaced anyway and it is dry season so with that, plus running a heater fan on the area for several days, we are pretty sure all the waterlogged wood in the cabinet and under the cabinet will have fully dried out before there is mildew growth. It seems that maybe the handyman should have noticed the leaking when he shut off the valves below the sink because the drip in at least one of the hoses was pretty frequent and steady (like a big fat drop every 5 seconds or so). 2) same faucet - installing new faucet, they didn't know that the stopper height could be adjusted within the stopper itself, so left us with a stopper that would only raise 1/8".

Bought a new counter sink and redid all the pipes underneath. Very clean work for a small space to work with. Service: Plumbing fixture installation
