The first time we engaged with Moor’s plumbing was replacing our 60 year old sewage lines in our house in Sunnyvale. We were renovating the house after our tenants moved out. For the past 4 years prior to their leaving, we had repeated issues almost every 9-12 months with sewage back up. Part of the issues was tree roots breaking into the junction between the house line joining the City mainline. A second problem was tree roots in the front courtyard pressing down on the house line, resulting in a depressed belly in the line that was causing water and waste settling in the belly.
