We had a badly clogged line and Ricky came to service. He was super knowledgeable and experienced and was able to fix my issue and then stayed to test to make sure the issue was truly gone. All the while his attitude was very positive and upbeat. He even took the extra effort to help disinfect some of the gross surfaces. Thank you, Ricky!!!
Marcus showed up as promised when scheduled, and was pleasant and professional. Marcus diagnosed the issue and also took care to test whether the solution had worked, helping ensure we wouldn't have to call upon Roto Rooter's services again for the same issue. I had a badly plugged toilet and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Ricky within less than an hour of my call. Prior to completing the work, he talked me through the options and rationale which was great. Ricky was amazing it wasn’t an easy fix but within 45min everything was taken care of.
