My heat went out completely. It was both a blessing and a relief to see all four seasons go out at once. San Jose Heating & Cooling's techs were extremely professional. He was able to understand my frustrations about a thermostat that had been in use for only two years. He offered options to replace or fix the thermostat. He was patient and open to my ideas. He was patient and made sure the thermostat worked. He was more than just a thermostat-turner. He is a wonderful guy, and I highly recommend him.
