We replaced our 25+ year old roof in 2021 and are 100% satisfied with Dave and Top Tier Roofing. We used the "contact us" form on the Top Tier Roofing website and received a phone call and email within 24 hours to schedule a roof inspection. Dave performed the roof inspection and spent time explaining the findings, including showing us photos and answering all of our questions in detail. We were emailed the bid in a timely manner and Dave followed up with a phone call and in-person visit to sign paperwork. David and Top Tier, came to me by way of referral and my friend actually sent me two numbers to call. I didn't even bother calling the other person. This job was actually for my parents house, so I really wanted to make sure they were getting both a good deal and good work. Had our roof replaced last summer and just now posted a review because, during the last storm, I realized it doesn't rain in my bathroom anymore! These guys were great! Custom house with a complicated roof situation - lots of weird angles and skylights. David was awesome in helping us to discuss and understand our options then providing thorough, explicit documentation. His crew was great - clean, professional and considerate. I did a lot of research and comparison shopping to find this company - they didn't disappoint. So glad they could do the work for us and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
