David is super reliable and very honest! I had quotes from several other companies, David was very clear about what was needed to be done, and walked me through different options. No hidden costs, and work he did was amazing. Along with new roof we got sun-tunnels installed as well. Everything was done very professionally and on time. I needed photos for the insurance company and forgot to ask for them earlier when the work was done, he went out of his way to drop by and take photos as well. Highly recommend!! David and Top Tier Roofing is top notch! After several quotes from other company's, we just felt David's honest feedback and quote was the right fit. He was patient with us while we worked to have our solar panels removed. Once we secured the removal date, he worked with us on setting the install date. He and his crew were on time, respectful and thorough throughout the entire process. Had our roof replaced last summer and just now posted a review because, during the last storm, I realized it doesn't rain in my bathroom anymore! These guys were great! Custom house with a complicated roof situation - lots of weird angles and skylights. David was awesome in helping us to discuss and understand our options then providing thorough, explicit documentation. His crew was great - clean, professional and considerate. I did a lot of research and comparison shopping to find this company - they didn't disappoint. So glad they could do the work for us and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
