I had a sewer backup problem and started some work with a different plumbing company. Their communication was poor and they left a huge mess, to say the least. After describing the issue with Jesus, he was able to FaceTime me at the site and helped me understand the root cause, short term fix, and long term solution. He was so patient with all of my “dumb” questions, and I learned a lot about my house! Communication and transparency is such an important factor for me, since I am not at the house, and need someone I can trust. The entire team was very professional and I would definitely work with them again.

I can't say what already hasn't already been said about JC Green Plumbing! Jesus responded to my quote request in 10min and it was a holiday weekend! We were able to set up an appointment the very next day. Eric and Humberto arrived at the scheduled time and got straight to work. They were nice enough to lay a tarp on our carpet and floors to limit any mud and water being trekked into our home because of the recent rain we've been having. Their priced were competitive and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater!

We called JC Green Plumbing after an issues with our shower pipes. Francisco was able to be at our house just a couple of hours later. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also a nice guy who was fun to talk to. Our problem was solved quickly, and we paid a fair price. We will absolutely be using JC Green again in the future.
