We had some outlets that needed checking and light switches that had been causing dimming of lights on their own. Plus we needed a new outside light fixture changed to a dusk to dawn light for safety. The evaluation was done in a through manner with him explaining to us what he was checking on. We purchased the new outside light and they arrived back in 2 days to install it. They were punctual, contacted to let us know when they were on their way to our home.
