We had a number of remodeling projects on our to-do list and originally planned to only use Palm for our bathroom renovation. However, after experiencing the quality of their work, the responsiveness & ease of communication with the team, and their attention to detail, we ended up using Palm Construction for all of the projects on our list. This included 2,000 sq feet of siding, upper and lower outdoor decks, and a new pergola. This team was awesome from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the final results. We started to use this company for the reconstruction of the front porch. Our house is over 60 years old, and when we purchased the property, the previous owner didn't take care of the house well. So, we had a lot of problems and needed to have remodeled, but we didn't know how to ask. Project manager Yonatan came to see us and suggested we remodel our kitchen, dining room, additional bathroom. He is so understanding about our needs and personable, so we trusted him. That was the best thing we did. He helped us to refinance, purchase the finish materials, also, design the interior.  We found many problems in wiring and the outside siding was falling apart so he also helped us rewiring and installing a new 200A main panel and replace the old siding with new and painting the entire house.
