I would say overall it was excellent, they were accommodating when I had to push my appointment back a couple hours the night before, and when Shawn arrived he was Great! He reviewed the situation and spoke with me about it, then went right to work and did the task at hand with a great attitude. Service: Drain cleaning
Had a big leak when my garbage disposal failed and called this company after my Home Warranty company Service Plus said they couldn’t find a company to respond. The job cost more (much more) than we figured but tech came at the appointment time, quickly went out and returned with same model disposal and completed the replacement. Everything works and doesn’t leak. Will keep checking since it’s under warranty for a year. Service: Garbage disposal installation
Service Tech Daniel returned, from a couple of days ago, to install a part that was required to fix our heating system. He is friendly and professional and we have heat again! I'm impressed with the company, as well. Service: Heating system repair
