One star goes to the tech, he was polite and he was only doing what his boss directed. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are a rip off they wanted to charge me $2200 to clean out my laundry line. They said they had to cut a hole in my wall and put a clean up. Or go on my roof and use some power clean ouThey said this was the cheapest they could do. I paid them their service fee which I think is ridiculous in the 1st place to have to pay and said no thank you. I then called a service that I had used numerous times and they were able to come out and take care of it for $300. Rescue Rooter is a total rip off, they are out for money not the customer. Once they get out there with their coupon with a great price then they rip you off. Run don't use them. Service: Drain cleaning

Service Tech Daniel returned, from a couple of days ago, to install a part that was required to fix our heating system. He is friendly and professional and we have heat again! I'm impressed with the company, as well. Service: Heating system repair

Had a big leak when my garbage disposal failed and called this company after my Home Warranty company Service Plus said they couldn’t find a company to respond. The job cost more (much more) than we figured but tech came at the appointment time, quickly went out and returned with same model disposal and completed the replacement. Everything works and doesn’t leak. Will keep checking since it’s under warranty for a year. Service: Garbage disposal installation
