Action Air Conditioning & Heating

We called Action Air to inspect our air conditioning unit for preventative maintenance. Action Air staff was courteous and professional. I appreciated that they kept us informed as to the scheduled appointment and arrival time of the service representative by email and phone. The service representative, Christian Collins, was impressively courteous and professional. He effectively reviewed all of the air conditioner unit components to show that they were operating within specifications. He took the time to clean various components and installed a new air filter. We purchased 2 new slim line a/c units from Action Air in November of 22’. Everything was working fine until recently we had significant noise from on of the pressure lines. Action Air was responsive to our needs, figured out the issue and corrected it promptly. Very pleased with their Service. Brandon did a fantastic job of taking care of us.
