Ricardo and his team did an amazing job! As a new homeowner, I know nothing about how A/C, HVAC, or ducts work. Ricardo stopped by the day after I sent a message and explained the process in a clear and professional manner — he really made feel at ease for our first home project. We received a quote the next day, and was able to get his team in two days later to install a ductless mini split. I can highly recommend this long established local business. Ricardo Valderrama not only owns the business, he also performs work in customers' homes and businesses. The person who takes the calls and schedules the jobs is very professional and really worked to get my furnace fixed asap on a cold, rainy day. Although I was scheduled for tomorrow, Mr. Valderrama called at 4:30 because he finished another job early and came on over. We will have heat tonight and I am very grateful for that extra effort.
