Caccia Plumbing

We had a good experience a few months ago with Caccia Plumbing when they replaced a sump pump for us. So when our gas water heater failed a few days ago, we called them back. They were able to come the next day, and discussed replacement options with us. Having a solar system already installed at our house, we chose to install an electric hybrid heat pump water heater. Technicians Jaime and Melissa installed the system yesterday, working very professionally and efficiently. They explained how the new system works and how to adjust things as needed. We are very happy with Caccia Plumbing and will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs in the future. Service: Water heater installation

He was very clear on the cost and it was the final price. He cleaned up, I think he may have left it cleaner then when he began. I accidentally dropped an earring in the sink and it slipped down the drain. I called Caccia at 8:00 this morning and they were able to send Daniel Ahuatzin that same afternoon. Daniel arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and provided an estimate. He also, retrieved the earring, which I assumed had been lost for good. Everyone at Caccia is friendly and helpful.
