Didn’t know about the history of this company before I called but for everyone I have been in contact here cares about the business and is very professional. The owner should be proud and it’s appears obvious they they treat their team well by the professionalism of the staff. Kameron was the name of the plumber that came out. We had a good experience a few months ago with Caccia Plumbing when they replaced a sump pump for us. So when our gas water heater failed a few days ago, we called them back. They were able to come the next day, and discussed replacement options with us. Having a solar system already installed at our house, we chose to install an electric hybrid heat pump water heater. Technicians Jaime and Melissa installed the system yesterday, working very professionally and efficiently. They explained how the new system works and how to adjust things as needed. We are very happy with Caccia Plumbing and will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs in the future. Service: Water heater installation
