Replacing our roof turned out to be a easier task than expected. Our shingle roof was 22 years old and looked out of shape. Because we are entering the winter season we decided not to take any chances and have the roof replaced. I contacted several local roofing contractors and got some estimates for the job. ELM Roofing Contractors were one of the few companies available to start the work right away. We narrowed down our choices, and because Moses was easy to communicate with, we choose ELM Roofing Contractors to install our new roof. Moses and the roofing crew made everything easy on us. Their estimate was accurate and professionally written. They provided all the relevant license and insurance information and got all the required paperwork ready before work began. For the following 5 days after the work began, we had a team of 3 roofers working on replacing the roof. We had two city inspections which were easily approved. As promised all the roofing material arrived on time and th
