Lied to me today. Claims he was at the same address just wrong city, no such place exists. Appt was at 11:30 am, I called at 1:15 pm, said he would contact me, then he said he was at wrong address, then called back and said he was running late to all appointments could he just reschedule for Monday. I said no absolutely not, we have both dishwashers out and I need someone now. I will never call them again. We have previously used them many times, never again. Terrible way to do business.
The repair man was pleasant and professional. Did a clean job. This was my third time using this company. Very reasonable and professional. Service: Dryer repair
