My solar system quit working and I called Owen's based on feedback from his other customers. Jeff walked me through troubleshooting my system and and gave me a lot of advice over the phone. My inverter was the cause of my system failure and he got a new one for me, got it installed quickly and showed me how to set it up to monitor through an app on my phone. He also identified my panels as models implicated in a class action lawsuit and got me set up with a claim to have them all replaced at no cost. Jeff was very responsive throughout and totally up front about the costs, which were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jeff's services.

Qwens Electric & Solar really helped us out replacing and installing our grid tie Solar inverters after a neighborhood transformer fire. This company was the only one that could locate our parts. There was a supply chain issue and all our phone calls to other contractors were never returned. Jeff was great and installed 2 Sunny Boy's the same day and wrote a letter for us to send to PG&E. We are thankful to have found and electrician with knowledge in the Solar Industry since so many others profess but can't perform.
