With Elex, I feel like we are forging a working relationship with a future leader among Bay Area residential electrical firms. We are fortunate to be "getting-in early" with a new player to be reckoned with. Tarmo from Elex is amazing. We'd had no hot water for a week so he went the extra mile and worked on a weekend to help us out and make sure our new electric hot water heater was ready to be installed asap. He's smart, friendly, professional and was a pleasure to work with.
