My request was taken and was told that a technician will call me. 40 minutes passed but no one called. When I called back, the technician told me that he is not able to come out. I highly recommend that the company should stay practical and be as clear as possible about service and scheduling. It is never a good customer service to leave a customer hanging and wondering.
