The service I received from Dial One was above & beyond! I highly recommend this company! It’s a smooth operation from setting the appointment to technicians arriving on time and completing the job! I have a two zone system, which is complicated. Technicians JR & Chai balanced the airflow so that the static pressure in all zones is now at an acceptable range. (This system was installed incorrectly by another company). The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and clearly enjoy their profession!

The technician, Oscar was wonderful, on time, professional, explained everything, friendly and went out of his way to solve the problem. The customer service representatives kept in touch with me and informed when the technician was on his way. Estimated arrival time was 1pm to 5pm and he arrived before 1pm. Thank you, I will definitely use your services again and I'll refer your company to all my friends.
