I have used Scott Harrison plumbing (now Dial One Sonshine) for years to service my Tankless Water heater. Their technician Burt is GREAT! He is very knowledgeable and easygoing. The technician, Oscar was wonderful, on time, professional, explained everything, friendly and went out of his way to solve the problem. The customer service representatives kept in touch with me and informed when the technician was on his way. Estimated arrival time was 1pm to 5pm and he arrived before 1pm. Thank you, I will definitely use your services again and I'll refer your company to all my friends.

I was so impressed with the quality of technical expertise and exceptional communication that I have to write a review! I got reminder calls and texts and Tony Dam showed up on time for a free service inspection. He spent 2 hours assessing issues with our old AC system that had stopped working. Even being way over usual time, there was no charge. He was able to do a patch to get it going temporarily. He called me 3 times to explain what he was finding and doing and was super patient with my questions until I got clarity on what was broken and why it wasn’t a simple fix. In the end he gave me repair and replacement options with over a page of typed comments and his recommendations. This helped me get other quotes - but found that the prices they gave were very competitive. A day later when I had questions Tony answered my text on a Sunday. They really care about customers and getting issues handled ASAP. I plan to do more business with Dial One for my other properties and feel lucky
