The tech they sent, he (Kwan) did a great job in a professional way. The charger looks perfect on the wall. The new break installed in the power panel box was flawless. And there were no bolts or wire cuts left on the ground. I will give them a 5 stars. Will definitely recommend them to my friends in the future.

Russell and Kwan were extremely knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Kwan did the install without it even showing on our siding! It was super well-done, and clean! He later came back to help solve a problem with the charger which ended up being 100% firmware related and not related to the install. Kwan was there helping, troubleshooting with the car manufacturers on the phone help fix the problem! I have been able to text with more questions and I always get a quick response. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere. They made the process so simple! I would absolutely recommend them… in fact, I already have to all my neighbors!

I was beyond happy with the service I received from EV pros. They were quick at responding to my inquiry during a very busy holiday time and schedules my install quickly. Kwan and Russell were the techs that came and installed our Tesla wall charger. They were very quick with install and went above and beyond with the install by repairing my damaged wall that they did not have anything to do with and replacing outlet covers that were not part of the install.
