The tech they sent, he (Kwan) did a great job in a professional way. The charger looks perfect on the wall. The new break installed in the power panel box was flawless. And there were no bolts or wire cuts left on the ground. I will give them a 5 stars. Will definitely recommend them to my friends in the future.

Getting a quote and getting answers with EV Pros was easy and was done quickly over text. I was able to setup an appointment 3 months in advance (waiting on Tesla delivery) and they showed up on time with no prompting/reminder. Kwan was super helpful/knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the installation, breaker info, changing electricity plans, etc. Really enjoyed how fast it was done (drilled through a garage wall from an external Circuit panel) and got my Tesla power connector installed in just a few hours, probably much faster for those that don't need to drill through a wall.
