Wow. This company is the definition of premier customer service and quality. Their communication is excellent as well. For my install I had a small space they thought they could not fit the charger in to but said they’d find the best possible solutions. Their installer (Kwan) said he wanted the challenge though and made it happen! Follow up: The next day I smelt a funny smell and was concerned it was electrical and related to the install. They came right away, noted the smell was not electrical, but to ensure it was something else they preceded to help me search my garage for the source of the smell. It ended up being a dead rat. Which he (Russel) then picked up and threw out for me. Then asked if I had bleach to neutralize the germs and smell. Wow. Wow. So as a former buyer I’m trained to find best prices. I called around and got several quotes. They were on the higher end but still competitive. After reading reviews and speaking with neighbors who have used them I decided to have the

Great overall experience working with EV Pros. Easy and quick quote after supplying photo and video via phone. EV technicians were very friendly and flexible. Initially, requested an outlet but turned out I needed a hard wire connection due to wire length. They were able to handle this without any issues. Final work had a very clean layout.
