The response time was much better than expected, and the job was completed within an hour of calling. Joe and Luis quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me of the proper course of action; in order to clear the main line. The job was then properly handled by these two trained professionals. After the job was completed, they cleaned up the area and were on their way. I am very pleased and grateful for their professionalism and knowledge. Thank you! Service: Drain cleaning
Niron was great! Professional, and very thorough. He did a great job clearing our outdoor drains, and we were appreciative that he was willing to work within our budget. We will definitely call RotoRooter again.
Our Roto Rooter Service Technician John, was absolutely fantastic. We had a back up that ended up in our bathtub. YUK!! John cleaned out the Main/Branch lines. He was a very good worker.
