During a holiday week when what can go wrong, will go wrong; our water heater decided it didn’t want to work properly anymore. I called Coast, and even though they didn’t have a technician working, Aaron Wright THE OWNER came out to diagnose the issue, grab the parts from the shop and fixed the broken part of the heating element. Talk about service, professionalism and class! The Wrights know how to treat their clients and go above and beyond when others wouldn’t. Had a great experience with coast plumbing. I came home to my hot water heater leaking. I called to get emergency service and was promptly scheduled and they confirmed what i knew, that my water heater needed to be replaced.
