Had scheduled to have this company replace a broken panel of a bay window, they showed up and attempted to enter the property via the keys in the lockbox, they called to notify me they accidently broke a key within the door, it was stuck inside the lock and if I could have it fixed they could finish the service same day. I called around got the nicest guy to do it for the cheapest I could find (50 dollars to extract key and 25 to rekey) rushed down to the home, got off work early, emailed to tell them I found someone to do it at 4pm and could they do the service and just reduce the expense for the key from the invoice, got a call back later in the day, they aren't responsible for breaking the key and they cant reimburse the cost. Very unprofessional and not worth the risk of doing business with. I imagine omitting fault has been the most effective way for them to get out of honoring mistakes they make. Quality Windows installed three Milgard windows May 2023. Everyone involved from the office (especially Espy) to the installers and stucco teams were excellent, efficient and hard working!
