Great customer service, gentleman on the phone was quick and helpful. He called me w/in 10 minutes to say he secured a plumber to come out. Matt was on time and very personable. He explained everything to us before performing any work. I will use them again ????! Service: Faucet repair
Scheduling was a bit weird but when I expressed dissatisfaction, they were quick to make the situation right. The actual repairman who did the work was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Pricing was a bit high but work was great.
I highly recommend Rooster Hero Plumbing. They dispatched a plumber right away to fix a blockage that was causing water to leak all over our bathroom floor. Hector was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very respectful in our home.
