We had a mini-split AC installed by David and his team. They were courteous, professional and did an excellent job installing the system. David in particular was extremely helpful in answering questions about the system and the maintenance required. I’m extremely satisfied of the work they’ve done and our living room, which used to feel like a furnace during heat waves, is now cool at all times. I especially like that this company handles both HVAC and the necessary electrical work.

Wow! What a great overall experience! I was getting estimates for an HVAC replacement for my landlord. Fuse was able to set up the appointment for the very next morning. Roby showed up on time and set the tone for my entire interaction. He spent time educating me on the types of systems needed, the cost (and was transparent about the expenses), as well as giving me options for the budget we were trying to achieve. Just a pleasant person and I felt very comfortable hiring them based on this interaction. They were able to come install the system within a fairly tight timeframe (due to cold weather). The installer Tony, and his helper, David, were awesome. Extremely polite, hardworking and careful to keep the space clean both during and at the end of the project. David oversaw the installation of a brand-new HVAC system. David is not only a wonderful person but also an outstanding installation. One of the kindest and most sincere individuals I have met in a long time. He is kind, competent, and really interested in providing his clients with the finest service. He goes above and above to complete things correctly. He stayed all day and worked late to make sure the installation was completed to a high standard. What an outstanding professional he is.
