Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

They were unable to provide the service we needed, clearing our sewer line from the roof access. They also did not have the tools necessary to remove the toilet and clear the line there. Then he tried to convince us our sewer line had collapsed and we needed to go to a hotel until it was replaced. We called another plumber who came the next day and cleared our line in 15 minutes through the roof access. Service: Sewer cleaning

We had to utilize the after hours services since of course problems only want to happen after 5pm! That said the service was no muss no fuss, timely, and to me worth the price since years of hand snaking and drano couldn't dislodge the ten years worth of hair that came out of my shower and sink! The tech Phillip was super professional and easy going and explained everything thoroughly so we knew what we were signing up for.
