Matthew (dispatcher) was awesome because he got me connected to Roz. Roz was a breath of fresh air and a godsend because she had a water vacuum and because she knew what needed to be done next; so often in crisis situations it is hard to know what to do next and all I had to do was just put my trust in her and I knew everything would be okay. Art was fantastic and on time. Eithan and Romeo were energetic and punctual. And Greg was cheery. It really seemed like everyone wanted to do what they were doing. It didn't seem like anyone was feeling negatively. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a situation in which my stress levels were pretty high. I don't know what the magic ingredient is but they definitely are a team of people who work really well together. Excellent service all around and very professional. I had to clean-out/replace my bathroom sink drains. There was a leak with the initial installation but they sent out the crew immediately to fix it. Special thank you to Michael and Yahir today for the excellent job in pinpointing the exact problem and fixing it. In the process, they had to install another new part but they did not charge me extra for that! Will seek your services again and again as needed!
