Service tech Calvin was unresponsive to me and their own dispatch. Took time off work and waited 2 hrs for nothing. They are not able to reschedule outside of 8am to 3pm, which is normal working hours for everyone. They need to change hiring practices and scheduling processes before they'll be useful.

These Plumbers came in through my Home Warranty Company. It took them 23 days to respond back. Left many voice mails. They wouldn't return phone calls. When they were finally conferenced in through the Home Warranty company they were really rude. They made the customer wait 23 days to get an appointment but couldn't bear the customer make them wait for literally 2 minutes to look up their schedule to make an appointment. Pathetic behavior. Reason for the behavior was that other customers might be calling to make an appointment, so cannot make them wait. REALLY. So why make me wait for 23 days and not make the other customer wait for 2 - 5 mins. I cancelled their appointment and don't want to deal with them. God knows what kind of service they would offer. Not really sure of the authenticity of other reviews but there are ways to handle a situation and this company surely doesn't know how to deal with a situation. As usual we needed service yesterday. Which was Sunday. Today around 930am the gal from the office called about service and the first comment out of my mouth was , no were done. We needed someone yesterday and she didn't like it. She got nasty with me say I was rude. I won't deal with her or them. I think they are to busy or dont care to come so far as Hollister. Their to busy. Just handle the call we didn't need you to come. We need help yesterday and got it taken of. Wish I could have talked to the manager but she refused.
