Sean arrived on time, inspected our plumbing, and reported his findings using pictures. He quoted us that night, and returned 2 days later to complete the repair to the hot water pipe. He had also noted that rats had damaged our condensate pipe for the AC system, and that a sewage line was also leaking. We opted to have him perform those repairs also. All in all, his rates are very reasonable, we have hot water in our sink, and he is a friendly and knowledgeable person. I fully recommend him for any plumbing needs.
