Apex Enterprise Roofing

Gave me a quote then raised it by 4000 dollars in less than two weeks, I laughed and found someone else who had better reviews, better service and could do it right away. My roof is now done but not by this company.

Update 2/21 - Jackie, the office manager, contacted me to resolve this matter. Knowing that a company takes pride in their client feedback is a plus for me. Thank you to Apex Roofing for taking my feedback serious and contacting me to resolve. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with this company. First, I understand they are booked out a few weeks but the lack of communication on when the job would start was frustrating. Then, I surprisingly wake up to roofers at my house at 7:30am. No notice that they would even start the project. I work from home so this was an inconvenience with yappy dogs and banging on the roof with no time to reschedule conference calls. Lastly, I had asked specifically for before/after images of the job to pass along to the insurance company. They did provide some images, but didn't include images of the broken tiles that they replaced - at an additional cost. Last year we had a damp line on the ceiling, they replaced the tar paper with only two damaged tiles. It poured this year, not a leak in sight. Service: Roof repair
