The process of roof replacement went so smoothly. The roofers worked so hard on our project, and we recommend Best Choice Roofing to homeowners in need of reliable and affordable services.
I scheduled an appointment window from 11am to 1pm. While on an unrelated zoom call I received a call from their reception at 10:30 stating that their technician has been trying to contact me because he’s in the area before our appointment. I return their call at 10:51 to tell them that’s fine for him to come early and I am informed that he has left the area and they had the audacity to tell me I had to reschedule my appointment. This all took place before my appointment window.
Very prompt response to a leaking roof. Well new roofing material that has not leaked a drop since. They had good follow up with the job and and provided a high level of customer service. We are satisfied.
