We called Detour Plumbing on a Sunday for a clogged shower drain as well as a leak in our half bath. The office answered promptly and gave us a schedule right away. I thought today was going to be an absolute disaster when my housekeeper sent me photos of the lake that my 2nd floor bathroom had turned into and also backed up into the adjacent shower and because the bathroom is over the garage, it was raining in my garage, but Detour Plumbing came to my rescue. After I set up an appointment, the company sent me a text message to remind me of the appointment and another text letting me know they were on their way. Chris and Jesse explained what needed to be done to repair a leak from the upstairs bathtub and took the time to answer all my questions.
