My HVAC broke down in the coldest week of the year and my wife was ready to divorce me if I didn’t get it fixed :). Another company came out but had no parts and would have to come out a few days later. I asked around and Marc’s company was referred to me by a family member and they sent out Harut, the technician, to fix the problem. Harut was professional, explained what was wrong, and HAD ALL THE PARTS ON THE TRUCK! Within an hour or two the whole thing was fixed! They saved my HVAC and my marriage! I went with this AC company as a family friend recommendation and they loved their service. So I went for it. Got a whole now hvac system. Around $7k worth. Have had to have them come back 3 times for the system because it stopped working. Also cost me more money. Different issue every time. I’m currently in the 4th year of the system and every summer, my AC breaks. Went with a different AC company to fix the problem and they did. Also pointed out the wrongs of the install. The attitude of me calling so much was not warranted. Not my fault you can’t do your job right the first time.
