Marc is my kinda business man. I had never met him before and called him to my house due to my 16 year old AC unit not working on a 90 degree day. Minutes before our appointment time I got called into an important Zoom meeting for work and I literally had to greet him at the door and run the opposite direction back to my office as I shouted instructions where to find my AC.
