It took 10 days to get someone to my place and they showed up without required equipment even though I told them what I need at first call. I had to cancel my request. Not recommend anyone unless you’re okay to pay the service that you don’t need it technically. Service: Drain cleaning

Well, i have call them, they immediately responded and sent me a text for arrival time. Close to arrival time they called and said they do not have anybody to come. As i was home , i said i will wait for them to find someone. After waiting for 3 hours already dark outside i called to see when is the eta. The girl on the phone said that they have waiting lists... so what they do they take the calls send you a fake text so you will not call another provider and keep you waiting with fake text and so calls eta times!!! So unethical !!! Just avoid them! Service: Drain cleaning

The service was very good. The technician Gio, was very friendly and professional. He explained what had to be done and he did not pressure us. I was very satisfied with the repair to the backed up kitchen sink. I also found the rates to be reasonable. I will call them back if needed. Thank you. A.T. Chino CA
