The customer service was awful and poor. Employee, Joan attacked me and my husband when we simply asked for assistance regarding garage door spring stating the person in charge taking her lunch break and we should wait for an hour to place our purchase order. Since when customers have to wait for staff to take their break? Storemanager also didn't help us neither opologize for their poor service. You suppose to have more people to assist customers not to ask customers to wait for employees to finish their break!!!!

I've been going here for years and I must say everyone is always so very knowledgeable and helpful!

I was in one of the four self-checkout lanes, buying shelving, when a weird employee with a "KARMA" tattoo on his neck walked up and stood staring right over my shoulder. I asked what he was doing, he said, "I'm just looking". I asked what he was looking for, and he just stood there silent like a creep. I shop here all the time, and this is the first time I've experienced this. Great job making a customer feel unwelcome and creeped out.
