I want to thank Duncan Plumbing for quickly and professionally fixing the clogged waste line problem at my home. I called Duncan Plumbing at 2 pm and Jed arrived at 4 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem as rusty, rough, 60-year old cast iron waste lines that allowed clogs to form and buildup. Jed walked me through the different options to fix it. I chose to replace the iron waste lines with ABS piping and add a main cleanout. Jed worked until 7 pm to set-up a temporary drainage fix before he left. Over the next two days, Oscar, Issac and Jed did an amazing amount of work in crawlspace under my house to dig out and remove the cast iron piping, refit with ABS waste piping and install a main cleanout. Jed and the Duncan technicians were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. I recommend Duncan Plumbing highly.

Had them come and replace a tub spout. There was an issue with the nipple in the wall being heavily corroded. Ramiro the technician was very professional. He stated by trying to remove the corroded nipple without damaging the tiles around it. After figuring out there is no way to take it out, he decided to open the wall on the opposite side and attach a new copper fitting. He did that with minimal damage to the wall and then put back everything carefully together to make the wall repair easy. The new spout is now working properly and there is no damage to the tiles.
