OCA Builders: ADU Construction

These guys are amazing, I had an unused pool house that was just falling apart and not in use. So after checking out the reviews and other ADU specialists I decided to give them a call. I was very impressed with their website, and what they could accomplish. Once I got my quote after they came out and checked out the structure I was sold. It was beautifully transformed into a studio type apartment to accommodate my adult kids that come to visit mom. They also made a an extra part to keep the structures original purpose a place with separate storage and changing room. Most definitely recommend.

Oren helped us convert our garage into an ADU. I'm so happy to have my mother close by and living on the property. We don't have the room in our house, and this just seemed like the best option. We couldn't be happier with the whole process
