Great customer service!

Like others stuck at home during the COVID shut-downs, my husband and I realized that our 20-40 year old bathroom could use a serious upgrade. I researched and called several showrooms in the area. Julia of Plumbed Elegance was an absolute gem to work with. She helped us not only think through aesthetics (she shared a google doc so we could look at products together remotely) but very practical choices like the "splash" of water from a particular faucet into the sink. She clearly knows her stuff! She also bent over backwards to make sure we got what we needed in time. That said, with COVID shipping has been an utter nightmare and two of our pieces arrived damaged. Julia worked with the company on our behalf for 2 months before admitting defeat and offered an extremely generous discount for minor damage. Once we described the look we were going for she had excellent ideas and simplified the process by directing us towards the options that best fit our design. She was easy to work with and respondly promptly to any questions we had. She helped us stay within our budget and never tried to upsell anything. She knew we wanted function as well as design and did not steer us wrong.
