I called and John arrived within 30 minutes. Old faucet was beyond repair but he removed it and cleaned up the porcelain on the sink. He gave me suggestions for a new faucet which I purchased and it was installed the same afternoon. They were clean and left the area better than when they arrived. Service: Faucet installation
