We called Mark with On the Mark a couple months ago for a home inspection. He was very accommodating and worked with our schedule. Once at the home he was very thorough and explained anything and everything that caught his eye. He made suggestions and expressed his opinion openly. Unfortunately that sale fell through. Fast forward a few weeks, we found another home and knew immediately who we wanted for our home inspection - Mark. Mr. Kelly once again worked with our schedule, was very thorough, pointed out all the little and big flaws as well as the work needed. With such a huge investment we value Mark's honesty and thorough inspection. Not only is he very knowledgeable but has a great sense of humor. My husband and I highly recommend Mark with On the Mark Home Inspections.

Mark greeted me as soon as I arrived at the house. He had already gone through the whole house with a fine tooth comb. Right away when he started talking to me about the inspection I knew that he was a pro at his job. Mark was well educated about everything when it came to home inspections. He gave me advice on how to maintain things around the house and how to fix or change things. He knew every code in the book, city, county, state and around the area. He even offered his services incase I needed someone to help with some of the work. This is my first home that I'm purchasing and I appreciate Marks professionalism, patients and ability to know so much about the do's and don'ts about a house. Highly recommend him.
