Horrible experience ! Imagine you are a home inspector and come across the following pics... Do you think there may be a drainage issue with this property? Give special attention to side of house concrete with green moss growing upon it, the dark green moss is where the downspout from the roof landed; there is absolutely NO DRAINAGE anywhere to be found except through that wall and into our living room. Think twice about hiring Mark Kelly- HE IS A FRAUD!
I would 100% recommend that you work with Mark for your home inspection. He arrived on time, spent 2+ hours performing an incredibly detailed inspection of the home, and then gladly spent time educating us about everything he'd seen. He's clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, and his inspection report confirms that.
We called Mark with On the Mark a couple months ago for a home inspection. He was very accommodating and worked with our schedule. Once at the home he was very thorough and explained anything and everything that caught his eye. He made suggestions and expressed his opinion openly. Unfortunately that sale fell through. Fast forward a few weeks, we found another home and knew immediately who we wanted for our home inspection - Mark. Mr. Kelly once again worked with our schedule, was very thorough, pointed out all the little and big flaws as well as the work needed. With such a huge investment we value Mark's honesty and thorough inspection. Not only is he very knowledgeable but has a great sense of humor. My husband and I highly recommend Mark with On the Mark Home Inspections.
