SERVPRO of Santa Maria

On app 3-1-23 I contacted Servpro in regards to flood damage on condo. I gave detailed instructions & that I needed infrared done. Condo is a rental & we needed to make arrangements to be allowed into condo. The 1st assessor went out app 3-6-23 he was not equiped with ultrared. Second assessor went out on 3-16-23 (Alex) he was very thorough & explained to me that company is behind app 2 mths for repairs he mentioned that it could possibly be dried. He said he would summit report. Between the end of March & May 15 I called office app twice per week hoping to get a copy of report with no luck. Jeanine kept tellng me these reports take time & that they were over loaded with claims. I finally called early morning on May 13 spoke with an assessor he said he would contact Jeanine and find out where I was in que & have her call me. I never received a call back. On May 15 I called Jeanine & asked where I was in que. She informed me that the report had gone out on April 12 which I hadn't recei
