ABC Plumbing recently installed a gas line and electricity to my fireplace in order for me to have a gas fireplace insert installed. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Initially I had phone contact with Steve to discuss what needed to be done and approximate costs. He was thorough and very patient throughout our conversation. I sent him a drawing and dimensions and he provided me with a realistic estimate over the phone that proved to be very close to the actual bill. Steve and Miguel performed the installation flawlessly. They arrived on time, inspected the house, explained what needed to be done and then installed the gas line and electricity skillfully and with great care. They were exceptionally courteous, unhurried and were clearly interested in doing the job properly and to my satisfaction. Honestly the best Plumber we've ever worked with. Stephen is tireless in pleasing his clients. He's helped us tremendously on many projects associated with a complete remodel of our kitchen. From hooking up our gas stove, to moving a refrigerator water line, to installing a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, he and his team give 100%. We found many contractors only do an OK job not taking into consideration the next steps in a project. Not only did Stephen and his team do a great job, they cleaned up everything after they left!
