I made the mistake of not using ARS Roofing when I replaced my roof...fast forward 5 years...I had a roof leak that I noticed 30 minutes before I was set to leave for the airport for a 13 day trip. I called the emergency line, the owner called me back personally to assure me that they would be to my house that day. I left for the airport knowing the issue would be handled, and it was. They texted me photos while I was on my trip to assure me that patch was made and set up a time to come do the full repair. Lesson #1: Hire ARS in the first place to do the roof. The team at ARS did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our 100 year-old craftsman house in Santa Rosa, replacing an aging tar + gravel roof with a new shingled roof. The upgrade enabled us to have a dry roof over our heads, and a new solar installation. When we had questions or concerns, they were responsive and prompt at addressing them. For example: after the installation, we noticed some issues with the gutters that needed to be fixed. They came out within the week to address our concerns, and we're happy with the results.
